Every STILETTO® product is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, as shown by proof of purchase. View our warranty policy, or visit the warranty page to submit a claim.
Stiletto replacement grips are compatible with hammer models (TIB15MC, TIB15SC, TIB14RMC, TIB14RSC and TRMB). Older models, such as TIBONE™ II, TIBONE™ III and TIBONE™ MINI do not have replaceable grips. If you need assistance with an older TIBONE™ model, submit a warranty request and our team will provide options based on the remaining warranty period.
All-titanium hammer models (TIBONE™ and TRIMBONE™) have replaceable steel faces. Hickory and fiberglass models have titanium heads and therefore the face cannot be replaced. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the face, claws and handle, or damage resulting from striking hardened steel tools such as Cat's Paws, chisels or punches.
This type of epoxy failure is typically covered under warranty, unless there are modifications made to the handle or signs of abuse. Please visit the warranty page to submit a claim.
All Stiletto USA hickory handles are inspected for physical flaws. Occasionally, internal grain flaws may cause a defective wooden handle to break prematurely. If your handle appears to have broken due to poor grain quality, submit a warranty request.
Hickory handles are easy to replace with a few tools: you need a pencil, mallet, handsaw, workbench or block of wood, and a replacement handle that fits your hammer's head size. Avoid driving the handle too far into the hammer head, as this can damage its lacquered surface and weaken it. Instead, tap snugly into place and secure using a wood wedge and two steel wedges for a strong connection.
Yes, replacement magnet kits are available at no charge. To request a replacement magnet kit, submit a warranty request and include photos of the tool as well as the model number.
Stiletto all-titanium hammers come standard with a black grip. Colored replacement grips are sold separately.
No, hammers have different face profiles. It is recommended to use the corresponding mallet cap for your specific hammer model.
Stiletto carpenter squares are fully CNC machined from aluminum.
Hard coat anodize is thicker and has an anti-glare finish, providing the best visibility while extending the life of laser etched markings.

Stiletto all-titanium hammers are 45% less weight than steel. Light hammers reduce muscular strain and fatigue. Swinging a hammer repeatedly exposes you to intense vibrations, which can lead to carpal tunnel syndrome and Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS) over time. Titanium hammers are inherently vibration damping and reduce the negative effects of vibration during repeated swings.
In its raw form, titanium is 3-5 times more expensive than steel. In additional to high raw material cost, the manufacturing process for titanium hammers is complex and involves a multi-step investment casting process. Stiletto all-titanium hammers are proudly made in the USA. When you consider the potential to reduce risk of future injury, the higher up-front cost of a titanium hammer is well worth the investment.
